Remember when I blogged about how we moved my hubby’s stuff out of the craft room to our office? Well, ironically enough we found out that we are expecting a little bundle of joy just a few weeks after that post!

So that kind of explains my lack of posting over the summer…being tired during the first months is no joke. But I’m back, feeling great and ready to tackle some great DIYs before April!

Josh and I chose to find out the gender of our baby, and we had our families over for a gender reveal party at the end of October. We cut a cake and were so excited to find out that we are having a boy!

We were all guessing up until the reveal–Josh thought it was a girl and I had the gut feeling that it was a boy. I was right, and I’m so excited to start sewing some cute boy clothes! Buying for boys gets a bad rap (sometimes they look like little grandpa clothes! 😉 ) but I think it will be so much fun.

So stay tuned for fun projects featuring baby sews and maternity DIY style!

Do you have any tips for us as first time parents?! //Victoria
