Pattern Testing | Women’s Waterfall Raglan

Gabriela from Chalk and Notch launched her first women’s pattern this week. The Women’s Waterfall Raglan is the adult version of her Waterfall Raglan for girls, and it is even more versatile than I expected when I applied to be a tester. I absolutely LOVE this style on every single tester from the group. This pattern does not disappoint!

I tested the top version of this pattern, and I was instantly in love. I made two in testing. This black and white tie-dye version is from a light rayon in my stash, and it is so soft to wear. Plus did I mention how versatile this pattern is?!

My favorite part about this pattern is how it doesn’t hug me in the wrong places, but it also doesn’t look like I’m cooking #2 (which I’m NOT). I really did not expect that when I tried it on at first. Since then I’ve worn both of my versions to work on several occasions and have gotten compliments every time!

Gabriela has a fun tour coming up next month that I’m a part of–I’ll have a third version to share! And better pictures. That is one blogging resolution I have (in my mind) for 2017…better pictures! It’s so hard when it still gets dark out after work, but it’s been staying lighter later lately (finally!).

I absolutely can’t say how much I love this pattern enough. Get it before the sale ends (including the bundle with the girls version) and make your own!

  1. Super cute! I would of been afraid to make the raglan using a tie-dye fabric thinking it would look too casual but you’ve styled it great. I’d wear this to dinner!

    1. Thanks, Roxanne! It’s definitely a fun way to dress up more laid back fabric. My original intentions were a basic tee with it, but it was just screaming to try something a little different!
